If its on 70, try at 74.

Check that when you have loaded the video file (D2V.) that it has not changed the encoding size to the original view size, alter it back to either 352x240 / 352x480 (NTSC) or 352x288 / 352x576 (PAL)...

Heres a few ive done and been checking the outcome of the file sizes between CQ70 and then upping to 74 all are within 100MB to 120MB more using CQ74 except Wizard of OZ, Re-encoded both...
