endless loop

I am seeing the endless looping by cqmatic 1.03. The CQ came out to 69.23 and it never did the full encode...(this kept repeating thru the whole night :-))

It was the problem with the divx5 codec. Once I reverted to dix4 it is ok...

I load my avi file and selected the destination as svcd with crop accurate

I went ahead and burned it. The quality is pretty good. But picture comes only in the 1/2 screen on the tv. Can youy please tell me what setting needs to be changed...
