I ripped only the chapter I was using and ran it through dvd2avi and then used TMPGenc.

I have a problem. Whenever I try to encode a chapter of a movie TMPGenc fails to go to 100%. It usually stops somewhere between 95 and 99%. This renders the created mpg from being viewed by media...
