Well im encoding from a Divx movie.
I did some testing and every movie that is 25 fps will jerk when i use the NTSCfilm 23 fps. All the movie that were 23 fps AVI converted perfectly with the NTSC...

but the problem is it gets bigger.. I can live with this :)
