Just change the framerate for the video...

Just change the framerate for the video explicetely (in TMPGEnc or avisynth or whatever).

For the audio you need to strech/compress the audio in time without changing the pitch with the factor...

Hi kwag,

my problem is that I can make PAL or NTSC 29.xxx with no problem (after a loooot of work). However, NTSC 23.xxx causes audio/video synch problems and jumpy movements on my standalone.

After lots of hazzle I think I have reached a point where I really need help. I am trying to create KVCDs from DivX films, and I habe discovered that my standalone likes 352*480 for NTSC...
