WOW!!!
I used TMPGEnc to re-multiplex my KVCDx3 files as SVCD and Nero works great now! My 700MB file (that Nero swears is 850+) is now really 700MB and ready to burn.
I haven't tried viewing them yet,...

Multiplexing
In all of my burns, I am using TMPGEnc with the KVCD templates. Maybe this is the problem.
