TMPGEnc: d2v file error, cannot open or unsupported

I'm getting this error from TMPGe Plus. I have read the common error thread and installed the divx and other required codecs, however no change. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for the responses. Black Prince, the movies that I have been encoding are full screen, so maybe that's why I can't get the file size down to 1CD file. I will continue to experiment...
