I finally figured it out. The error "The" in CCE...

I finally figured it out. The error "The" in CCE is due to a plugin not being loaded or found. The fix was to simply download the latest mpeg2dec.dll.
This was my problem all along, I thought I had...

Thanks for the tip, I will give that try. And yes it was the opening scene from Spiderman, the quality of that particular rip was a little below average but watchable on the TV.
