Well muaddib, you are wrong. The standard overburning for MOST disks is 815MB, however in my past experience, ive overburned 821MB with no problems.

Try 128kbps audio + 23.97 fps+ Two pass Variable bitrate (set max and min urself, min preferably over 650) and try it now!

Else, consider using 2 disks with Constant Bitrate 224kbps... default...
