what bitrate mode do you think is better in svcds?

What is better, vbr bitrate min 1400 max 2200, for example, or cbr 2200, i know perhaps the space will be...

TMPGEnc: mpg file stops image, but the sound continues?

I use tmpenc to make svcd, my question is the nest>

Some times, the result mpg file stops image but the sound goes ok, it happens sometimes along the mpg, every some minutes, Is there a solution...
