So, the 90 minute template is just a guide and won't always turn out a video stream that once mux'd with the audio that will be < 800 mb ???

I've got a 120 minute DVD rip. I've got the d2v and wav file. I use the 120 minute KVCD template and run it through TMPEGenc and I get a 1 gig + mpeg file. What's wrong????????????

I've also noticed that if I take a DIVX file that's 400 meg or so and run it through TMPGenc, it comes out about 900 meg. What's up? HELP.

If I record straight to MPEG 1 instead of AVI, do I even need TMPGenc?

I've been using VirtualDub for all my video needs. I just got a DVD player a month ago and I'm hot on making some VCDs. I've already used TMPGenc and VCDEasy to go from AVIs to playable VCDs.
