You said to remove the ConvertToYUY2() line ok,,
Well if we remove this line than we get this error,, well i at least i do:
Blockbuster Clip must be YUY2 or YV12...

I hade the same problem with my JVC, i read somewhere to remux as SVCD with TMPEG, and this solve the problem for any resolution. But thats if your players plays SVCD's well al least i think so. ...
