When I used to encode Dead Standard VCD's using Tmpgenc they never looked like that, ok they were...

DVD2SVCD: Mpeg1 version great, but mpeg2 version bad?

Hi,

Doing some tests with kvcd matrice and kvcd settings on a 3 hour film.

Get a great 2 CD mpeg1 kvcd copy very nice.

With the same settings just change mpeg1 to mpeg2 the picture is...
