Best avisynth settings for avi to svcd?

I got some High Quailty ZiM episodes in divx format. I wanted to know what the best settings in avisynth are to convert these to svcd format? the divx's are HighQ but still show some small pixelation...

how do you load these scripts?

I have avisynth 2.52 installed. Im trying to use Kwags optimal script for Clean material.
I copy/paste his script into moviestacker and then go load my avi but all his script gets erased. can anyone...

Ive tested some apexs..

at 352x240. with a CQ of about 65-75 2kbitmax and 650bit minimum. 112stereo audio also encoded with tmpgenc. I get no problems at all on the players I've tried.

Apex Ad-660 review (thorough test)

I tested some of the kvcd templates on my apex ad-660. The template that doesn't seem to work is the kvcd3. if you change the resolution to something like 352x240 or 480x480. then the apex plays it...
