Just wondering...If I do it through tmpgenc and just use the KVCD and change the framerate manually, the video will be the same as the regular tmpgenc settings, the only difference is that the video...

But if I use your guide to do it, I will have a kvcd quality on a VCD....also if the video is 29 frame rate....Which template do I load with tmpgenc or if I use your guide will I have to use tmpgenc...
