Avisynth: Buffer size with mpeg-2?
The question is: Can i set buffer size to 40 in tmpgenc for mpg2 or i must use 112 to avoid under/overflow problems??? The reason is when i set it to 40 i get a higher cq. Can anyone answer me :?...
