I've encoded 6 movies with KVCD half pal and done audio from AC3 to mp2 with headache. Then build dvd project with dvdlab.

Thanks for the great tips, Zoom seems to do the job ok, but is really slow.
AddBorder seems to squeeze the picture and I dont want to loose my aspect ratio.

So back to square one or good nerves...
