KVCD has JERKY PLAYBACK?

HI , QUITE NEW TO KVCD BUT KEEP HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.I FIRST USE THE KVCD TEMPLATE FOR A SIMPLE NTSC MPEG1 VCD 352X240.THE FILM INFO IS 23FPS & I LOAD THE MOVIE BEFORE THE TEMPLATE ALL I CHANGE...
