Oops, there is a problem in bitrate values you have entered. YMPEG takes all bitrate values in bps and not in kbps. For example, you MUST enter 1312000 and not 1312.

This could also be a reason...

IMO, 1312 kbps is definately low for 704x576...

IMO, 1312 kbps is definately low for 704x576 resolution (for most video content).
