I have the PHILLIPS 7130 chipset and the 7134...

I have the PHILLIPS 7130 chipset and the 7134 chipset support only 640 X 480... 'Capture and image quality up to 640x480(NTSC), color 16/24/32-bit.' I guess my card don't support 720 X 480.
