Dialhot you were right 2k Max bitrate was to low, hehe thats why the sound and video didnt get along.

Yes my Audio was in 48khz, my videos come out decent around 2000 Bitrate, the actual max was 2229.

After a quick test I found that the reason it made the video show up as 9800 bitrate on DVD...

I encoded an AVI into m2v with CCE with a max bitrate of around 2000, but TMPGEnc DVD Author reads as 9800.

My source was an AVI, TV recording I have a buncha I need to turn into DVDs (clear the drive)

But when I had it at 1 the quality was a little lower than the one from TMPGEnce then again its no big since it shaved off 1hour =)
