Changing to Huffyuv Codec in Miro/Pinnacle DC30 capture card?

I am using Win 2000 with Adobe Premier 5.1.
I am trying to change its capture codec from the M-JPEG to the Huffy YUV codec with no luck.

I have to capture outside of Premiere using the DC30 Pro...
