I copied MPEG2Dec.dll into the windows folder and...

I copied MPEG2Dec.dll into the windows folder and when i encode it says this:

Recording Video: DV Capture to KVCD?

I followed the DivX to KVCD guide with video captured through firewire and when i try to encode it i get this error messege in TMPGEnc:

The Resolution of the video is illegal.
