Nero Burner will not Burn to CD Drive!

My CD Drive is listed in the Nero "CDROM.CFG" file as

[RICOH DVD/CDRW MP9200]
TYPE=IDE GENERIC_1
COM=2
CDRCAP_MAXREADSPEED=6000
CDRCAP_MAXREADDASPEED=4350...
