What about when capturing from a Digital Cable Box??

Is the resolution still 352x480 or 720x480 since the audio/video should be digital??

Well, I'm using the MPEG2 2.0MBit/sec (HalfD1). This the only one that seems it can fit 4 hours of video.

Do you know of a better one that fits 4 hours?
