Originally an episode is about 23 minutes long, but after I'm done encoding it into kvcd format and play the *.mpg file in WMP, its displayed as a 2:21 (minutes:seconds) length clip. However, the whole episode is actually there....Anyone know how to fix this? I heard that it has something to do with the file being corrupted..?

Don't worry, it's quite normal
Following the codec and or splitters you have on your PC, the time can be correct or not. I suggest you to use Ligos as mpeg2 (and mpeg1 also) codec, and your time will be okay.

Note: this problem also occurs on the display of a majority of standalone player.
