Hi Zagor, Is it really 1 second a problem.
Many audio and video files have 1 second lenght difference because ms difference and programs round action.
But anyway with Besweet ota options (both options found in BS GUI as "delay" and "Append silence of" options):

-d apply delay correction to file
example : "-d 10" will add 10miliseconds of silence to the beginning of the encoded file

example : "-d -20' will skip the first 20milliseconds of the original file

-e append silence to file

example : "-e 8" will add 8miliseconds of silence to the end of encoded file

1 second = 1000 ms.

I confirm that one second can't be a problem. If the audio is out of synch, proceed by adding a delay (that can be negative) like Pro said.

Oh ! Then even a time streching won't help you. The best is to drop the source and try to find an other version.

One option would be to make a WAV file out of the audio track you want to stretch, then open the WAV file in an audio editor and add the silence in the spot where the sync problem begins.

Who is talking about movies ? TV shows are often provided by more than one team (LOL, BT-NET for instance). I use to DL each ones in order to keep the best (even if I do not do KVCd from that personally...).
