I have seen in here that it is possible to burn many kvcd onto one dvd disc. I also understand that you must re-encode the audio to 48 kH. What I am not sure on is the burn process. Do I need to still burn as a vcd non standard with nero? I would like to know b4 I attempt this task. Usually I ask all the questions after I have failed a few times. BTW, thanx 4 all your help with the Lord Of The Rings kdvd. I got them working fine and also got the chapters built very nicely. What nice quality from those templates.

No. You must use a DVD authoring program to compile/burn it.
TMPGEnc DVD Author will do it for you.

Will it matter what framerates they are? As, mine are all at like 23.97, 24, and 25. Also, does aspect ratio matter? I believe mine are all set to 4:3 but there may be some that are 16:9.

Only fps valid on a DVD are 29.970 for NTSC and 25 for PAL.
All your sources in 23.976 must be pulled down. And this can't be done if they are MPEG1. Only MPEG2 accept pull down.
Sources in 24 can't go on a DVD.

For A/R, 16:9 is allowed for 704 and 720 pixels width. No resolution below that can be anamorphic.
