My question if you may answer is how do i reincode this size file using kvcd format so it will fit on a single cd without loosing the sound are quality of the movie .

Hi Maxumw2000,

The same way we reencode 4.7GB VOBs on a DVD and make them fit on a CDR
However, be advised that it depends on what type of material you are reencoding.
For KDVD, you can easily encode two movies and put them on one DVD-R, without any visual quality loss.
For a KVCD, it depends on movie activity.
Read the forums and learn to script with Avisynth filters, which are a key component to pre-processing your material before encoding.
