Is necessary convert to YUY2() or work well in YV12() ?

My english is poor...

CCE internally works in YUY2. If your avisynth script output to CCE in YV12 format, then a codec will be used on your PC (if you have one installed) to perform the YV12 -> YUY2 conversion. This is done automatically and you have nothing to do.

Some people prefer to have avisynth to perform this to be sure about the quality of the result. So they add a "ConvertToYUY2()" as last line of their script.
