@anyone,

I created a full DVD backup with menus using DVD Shrink. It plays fine.
I'd like to remove the credits from the main movie and re-author keep-
ing the menu as is. Can DVD Shrink do this or is there another utility
that handles this.

Not possible with DVDShrink. Possibly with PGC edit or Vobblanker (they allow to remove a whole chapter and the credits are often in the last one).

Edit: I'm quite sure that you can even edit the last vob file using cutermaran or tmpgenc mpeg editor and don't worry about the other files of your DVD.

You can do it easily with VOBblanker, just blank out the second last cell in the title.
