Can someone tell me the best program where i can capture video and audio thats being showing on my screen, and have it automatically place a watermark on my videos

NittoLive, don't get me wrong but..
You're beginning to sound a lot like WOWIEGURL...

There's a software that is free and that creates a Flash movie of what you do in windows.
It will create a new snapshot every x seconds or whenever you press a key on your keyboard/mouse.
In the end you can "compute" all those frames and ask it to create a swf flash movie.
The name is WINK.
It will allow you to use a background of your choice which works more or less like a watermark.
Hope that's what you're looking for.
