Nothin like pushin the limits...

Two ways I know to do this

1: use ifoedit and vobedit to join the vobs see here for guide etc

2: do both dvd seperately and join resulting mpegs or maybe use 2 mpeg2 sources in your avs script (not sure if you can do this but I think so)

either way you are going to need to do some learnin to get it to work.

In case you decide to use 2 MPEG2Sources, try this:
Code:
a=MPEG2Source("C:\...\file1.d2v")
b=MPEG2Source("C:\...\file2.d2v")
x=a+b

@andybno1,

Another possible way is to add each VOB using DVD2AVI v 1.76 from
each set and create the .d2v as usual. The hard part is getting this
onto 1 CD with some kind of quality. If I had to do this, I would use
DVDShrink to remove any audio other than English, End credits, and
maybe Intro credits. Save this as a VOB structure and then use DVD2AVI
to create .d2v. But even with all that work, I don't believe it will look
that good.
