I am getting flickering lines on screen in vdub and in wintv when I goto view or capture video, anyone know what is causing the flickering?? I have already pulled the wire out the tv in and put it back in but still got the flickering lines.

Ignore it. You won't get those lines in your capture
It's your video card that's doing that, trying to keep up in sync with the input video stream.
