brauche hilfe was muß ich genau einstellen bei SIZE, aspekt ratio, frame rate und source aspekt ratio also die quelle ist eine svcd ntsc 29fps bitte um hilfe danke

Bist du sicher, dass die SVCD "wahre" 29,97 hat???
Denn obwohl es der PC so zeigt, kann es auch ein 23,97 Stream mit PulldownFlag sein.

Was ist das für ein Film? Ich meine keinen Namen, sondern ob es ein Hollywoodstreifen ist, oder eine Fernsehsendung.

ganz sicher bin ich mir nicht aber tmpg zeigt es zumindest an wenn ich ihn einlese und dvd2avi zeigt ntsc 4:3

Unabhängig von der Framerate, solltest du mit der Einstellung
source aspekt ratio; 4:3 NTSC
aspekt ratio: 4:3
und
Video arrange Method : Full Screen
auf dem TV das Bild wieder das richtige Seitenverhältnis hinbekommen.
Wenns echte 29.97 fps sind, lohnt es sich, "Inverse Telecine" einzuschalten, und dann die Einstellung wie von Incidible beschrieben vorzunehmen. Echte 29.97 fps machen keinen Sinn, da hier unnötig Bilder gespeichert werden, die nur aus teilen der 2 Nachbarbilder zusammen gesetzt werden.
Du willst es doch nicht nach Pal wandeln, oder?
