Yeah I have now solved the problem where I had jerky video. Now I have new problem: When watched with pc, video is ok. When with dvd player, it's like green pixels floding there, green mess. What could be the problem? Maybe bitrate?

My player gives green mess when I use a resolution my dvdplayer doesn't like. If you made mpeg1, try muxing and burning as svcd.

Maybe it helps.

Send a message via ICQ to incredible
If it wouldn't help in some cases he wouldnt suggest it
So try on a short movie example .....
... means ...: Do encode several short Moviechunks at diff. specs. Author them using VCDeasy and then youll see later by using this test disk which resol. are supportet by your system!

Also, watch for right VBV Settings! And if even SVCD muxing does not work, than try 480x480(576) at mpeg1

yes, my player doesn't like 704x576 muxed as vcd, and got the green garbled screen. But muxing with bbmpeg as svcd an burnt with vcdeasy as svcd did the trick.

Damn, it didn't work. Same green stuff. I have to buy(again) a pack of cd's. Is 480x480 something what should work with everyone?

480x480 (576) is the standard SVCD resolution, so many players accept this resolution.
