A DVD-ROM is not the same as a DVD burner. ROM = read-only, meaning it cannot burn discs. An LG DVD-ROM is not the same as a LG DVD burner. LG DVD-ROMs haven't been made in quite a few years. Most companies quit making DVD-ROMs long ago, you only find burners these days.
I don't see any results on the graph test. It's flat-lined.
The scan disc does not show any bad sectors, so the disc is probably ok. You're most likely looking at copy protection here.
