I am trying to set up a program using Windows 98SE in Virtual Box but the capacity of the virtual c drive is only 2 GB and this is not enough to set up the program.
When setting up Windows98 in Virtual Box I set the size of the virtual drive at 5GB but the real size stays at 2GB.
Have I missed something?

The drive is probably formatted as FAT16, not FAT32.
Start over. Format manually as FAT32, then install Win98SE without reformatting the disk.
