Right-click media files causes explorer crash
 

For no reason I am aware of, my media icons/files are not behaving when I right-click them. ANY media file actually. Other file types no problem.
When I right-click, the hourglass appears, the screen freezes, and then goes blank, then Explorer comes back and all is well, unless I do it again.
Is anyone familiar with this error? What can I do to diagnose/fix?
