Buffalo tends to use Western Digital drives in their boxes, from what I'm reading online. Not sure on the exact model. Would need more info to research (Google searching, targeted keywords).

Here is the link to the place that i am going to order it from if that helps in any way - http://www.littlewoods.com/rf/naviga...goryId=7202512

Here is there official website - http://www.buffalo-technology.com/pr...nkstation-pro/

Personally i can buy it if i spread the cost over the year, but don't want to make the plunge if its going to die on me in a very short time. appreicate any feedback you can find.
