The two best programs for burning data -- both of which are free -- are:

CDBurnerXP -- download @ http://cdburnerxp.se
ImgBurn -- download @ http://www.imgburn.com

If you're familiar with Nero or Roxio, these should be easy to figure out. If you need any more help or have questions, post a reply.
