Q: which tv card that can handle digital channels is best?

things like WinTV Nova and Dec T are the two i know of. are there others?

i would like to connect a tv card, that can receive digital transmissions, freeview channels to start with, to my pc (or via USB) such that i can setup scheduled recordings.

i don't really want to go to full standalone PVR ... yet.

my main concern would be quality of image, inbuilt hardware mpeg2 capability would be ideal, then set of features and stability.

so can anyone here suggest a brand or two?
