Which windows version you are using at the moment? I am using Windows 7

XP for VHS capture and most restorations, Win7 for HD.

xp for capture except DV which IFIRC works on win xp,7 and 10 using windv.

Im using my favourite os Win98se :)

I started with windows on 95 and it was OK but 98se is mucho better!!!

Still using 98se in 2017? What do you do on your Computer? Only watch movies I guess or listen to some music or maybe play NFS2se

WinXP SP3, Vista, Win8.1, Win7x64, Win7x32 .. Win10 when I have to.. usually at work.. or at other peoples computers

ChromeOS Canary, RedHat Server 7

Android, iOS, OSX 10.6.8

I dont really watch movies but if I do I convert them to 3gp which usually play fine..

Win2012 R2 = server
Win10 = tablet
Win7 = video editing/restoring system (Skylake build)
WinXP = capture boxes

Used desktop in past = 2.x, 3.x, 95, 98x, ME, XP, Vista, 7, 8.x, 10
Used servers in past = 3.11, NT4, 2000, 2003, 2008

Lots of Mac and Linux, too! Both past and current.
