HP/Compaq P4 computer, with Windows XP license, for capturing video, $135 @Geeks
To casual computer users, this may seem like a stupid deal. But for anybody in need of older P4 Intel computers for capturing boxes (PCI based cards like the Hauppauge PVR250 or ATI All In Wonder Radeon VIVO 32MB), this isn't half bad. Plus it comes with a legitimate Windows XP license! (Tip: If the case is lousy, or won't let you fit a good capture card, gut the computer and put it in a new case. Custom mod/build as needed. I've done it many times in the past 15+ years.)
