I didn't see that, but did you notice, there is no difference between the value line and Premium line? They are both TYG02, however, the valueline gives you the possibility of actually getting TYG03, which are 16X. Can't really lose with either deal.

Actually they just dropped the price for what I posted to $62.99.

Valueline discs actually didn't meet TY strict requirements (rejects) are at least that is how they descibe them on www. supermediastore.com.

Have you noticed how TY 8X+R discs are quite a bit more expensive then the -R discs? LS, says they are supposably the best on the market now days.

They're not rejects. They're just not super-grade media. It's the difference between "excellent" and "very good". It's not good vs bad, or anything even remotely like that.

SMS is just being overly eggshell-walk safe in their description, it's not really that bad. Not even close.

The TY 8x DVD+R are one of the best, yes. The 16x DVD+R, not so much (but still good!).
