These vary from new to used to refurb /open box. (All of them are good, however.)
Prices start at about $35, plus $4-5 shipping, which is excellent.
Just a few months ago, these cards were easily $50-75, sometimes with shipping added.
The card's MSRP was somewhere in the $50-100 range.
Excellent external capture card, using ATI CMC, with ability to capture in
VirtualDub.
