Custom Thumbnails in TDA - Tutorial

Thats neat that is a LOT like the guide I read on how to make custom shape buttons for DVD Studio Pro 3 so it made perfect sense, the only difference was that in DVDSP3 you add an icon layer so that in the custom pallete of the shapes you can see what it looks like

Good Job Phillip, that makes TDA a much more viable option along with the other programs I use since one of my main gripes has always been the stupid template looking buttons they forced us to use that always made it look too homeade (which is why I notice alot of TDA uses tend to stick with text instead of buttons)

Loved the guide! I knew it was possible to insert your own graphics for use as frames, but the guides I've seen on the net were useless. Yours is right on! Here's what I came up with for Wanted (TNT). I have to zoom in on the clip (maybe 60%) to remove the black bars.

Phillip is there any way you can write a quickie guide to replace the play all in TDA?

I know quite a few people make some nice menus in TDA but then leave the generic looking play alls and I know its easy enough to replace but having a guide would make it easier for those who have never done it before

Would replacing the Play All button not be the same way as making your own thumbnail picture?
I have replaced the Play All button under the menu options before, I just can't make fancy looking graphics yet in photoshop.

I'm in love with the new version (TDA Pro v2.1). It allows you to do all sorts of extra features to the text and frames (drop shadows, fades, etc.) and you can save them as decorative templates.
