For years I have used ATI all in Wonder 9600 cards to capture video in MPEG form with variable bit rate. Then using Workshop 2 to make the menu and burn to an ISO file. Then I would use Imgburn or DVD Shrink to burn it to a DVD. I did not do any editing. I just learned how to use Virtual Dub. I have captured video and did some editing. Now I have my file. What is the next step? What program do I use to make the menu and
reformat it in MPEG file with variable bit rate? Then burn it to an ISO file to burn it to a DVD? Will Sony Vegas do this? I have my file, what do I do next? I am using Windows XP.
