VHS and watching on modern OLED TV?

Hello,
What is the best connection/option to watch VHS on modern oled tv...

VCR (panas nv-fs100)> S-video out > DVD Recorder(panas es10) > Component out > AV receiver > TV

This scheme can give me best results?

For TV watching, probably the ES25, for the HDMI out.

Would it do a better job than an old LCD tv with analogue inputs?:hmm:

i still watch VHS tapes from time to time for nostalgia more than anything using a tv with SCART and having used a JVC with TBC/NR i think id struggle to go back to using any other player on a LCD screen.

Im tempted to buy an old LCD from 2004/05 as i could be wrong but from memory im certain the video processing in those worked better for VHS playback than more modern TV's.
