Hello, I bought a blu-ray player Samsung BD-es5300. It seems to me a good car although a little noisy when playing dvd. I have an HD-ready TV what resolution should I set for my videos? The instructions samsung can choose: auto; 1080p, 1080i; 720p; 576/480p.With "auto" automatically sets the maximum resolution of the connected TV

For tapes digitized vhs to dvd to 352x576, I think that the best solution is 576/480p

For recordings on DVD by TV (352x576): -------- >>?
------ >> Blu-ray 1080p?
What is the best solution?

I'm not quite understanding your question. Could you better explain your problem so I can try and give you an answer.

Thanks,
